To use, simply turn the green screw cap on the top of the helium cylinder all the way open, pull the balloon neck over the black rubber valve and press it tightly against the nozzle. Carefully press the neck of the balloon together with the black rubber valve down until the helium flows into the balloon. Then simply knot the balloon or tie it with the supplied balloon ribbon.

Disposable and recyclable
The balloon gas cylinder for up to 20 balloons is 100% recyclable, so you can easily dispose of it at the municipal recycling center. Before doing so, however, you should open the nozzle and press the bend valve until no more gas flows out and there is no more residual pressure in the bottle.
